xD I decided to make puppy-Guyra and Hayhu~

Anyway, ahh.. xD This is a *really* bad picture. Hopefully I can get a better pic once I get my hands on a camera, but wow lol. This is the best I could do. D: (Note: These guys are really small. xDD They can fit on your hand, and Hayhu's spots were so tiny that I had to prod them onto her with a pencil point.)

I've admired this ([link]) kind of art from afar for quite a while.. (8 I have a soft spot for the simple, clean cut-paper look, but it looked like a *ton* of work. xD

So yesterday, I found out we owned an X-acto knife. (8 Aaand I decided to give this thing a whirl. It's the first time I've done anything like this, so it took me foreverrr to do. xD I made a lot of mistakes, too, but I learned a good deal in the process.. so the next time I do this, it'll probably be better. :B

(Lol, that knife scared me so bad. I was shaking and cutting at a snail's pace at first, terrified I was going to slip and cut an artery at any moment, but we got to be buddies by the time I was finished. :3)

Ahahah, also, the white on Guyra's face, chest, and tail is white-out.. xDD I thought it would be faster and easier than trying to cut white paper to fit, but oh god. White-out never dries fast enough when you need to write over it, but it dries *instantly* when you're trying to paint with it. xD It doesn't look very pretty, either. Anyway, besides a bit of colored pencil (I didn't have the right colors of paper) and a sharpie, that was the only time I cheated. xD The rest, including the designs on Hayhu's back, are cut paper. :3


EDIT: OHSHI-- x.x Hayhu's tail is gone?? I had a bit of her tail curling just under Guyra's chest, but it's gone.. Lol, I bet I threw it away.. ahh well. O: I'll see if I can find it.\

EDIT2: Found the tail! xDD I glued it on but ended up photoshopping it on the original, because. My scanner is dumb. (8
